The oriGen project at Tecnológico de Monterrey seeks professionals to conduct research in an interdisciplinary environment.
Dr. Víctor Treviño is looking for postdoctoral fellows with solid genomic/computational training. The successful candidate will analyze ~1500 whole genomes from Mexicans and ~15,000 exomes in cloud computing (Azure/Microsoft). In addition, the postdoctoral fellow will facilitate and contribute to grant proposals design and writing and graduate student formation and work in a multidisciplinary environment in bioinformatics and genomics. The position is offered for 1 year or extended to 2 years based on results.
